Ragi Wheat Dosai / ராகி கோதுமை தோசை
ragi flour - 1/2 cup
wheat flour - 1/2 cup
butter milk - 1 cup
water - 1 cup
salt - & oil - as required
chopped onion- 1, green chilli - 1, chopped coriander & curry leaves - little.
Steps to follow:
In a bowl add wheat flour,ragi flour,chopped onion,green chilly,curry leaves,coriander leaves and salt to taste .
Make a batter by adding butter milk and water without forming lumps and leave it for half an hour.
Heat tawa and with the batter make dosais. Make it thin & round. Drizzle some oil. Close with lid for a minute.Then flip the dosai and let it cook on the other side.
Delicious healthy ragi wheat dosa is ready. Serve with any chutney or gravy.Suitable for breakfast & dinner.
