Sauteed green peas

Ingredients :
green peas fresh or frozen - 1 cup
oil - 1 tbsp
chopped onion big - 1
finely chopped garlic - 4 cloves
cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
freshly crushed pepper -half or  1 tsp
salt - to taste.

Serves - 2

Steps to follow :
Bring 2 cups of water to boil.
Add  green peas  and bring to boil , close and cook for at least 7-10 minutes medium low flame.
 Drain it.
Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion & garlic .Saute well.
 Add cooked green peas.
 Stir well. Sprinkle cumin powder & freshly crushed pepper powder.
 Mix well. Low the flame,  saute for a minute.

Switch off and transfer to a bowl. Enjoy the sauteed peas with rice or breads or as a snack !
