Potato fry with less oil

For half kg potatoes ,oil - 1-2 tbsp, asafoetida - 2 pich, curry leaves few, 
chicken 65 or sambar powder - 2 tsp, salt -to taste.

Steps to follow:
Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.

   Boil with enough water & little salt till 80 % done.
Drain and keep aside.
 Heat 1 -2 tbsp oil in a nonstick  pan add some curry leaves and asafoetida ,transfer the boiled potatoes.
 Toss well. Sprinkle the masala powder.
Adjust the salt.
 Mix well and stir for another 5 minutes. That's all.

 Easy tasty potato fry is ready to serve.

Enjoy with plain rice, samabar &co or with variety rice.
