Carrot Masala

carrot -  medium size 2
onion  big chopped - 1
tomato medium chopped - 1
green chilli chopped - 1
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
garam masala - 1/4 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
chopped coriander - 2 tbsp
oil - 1 tbsp
salt - to taste.

Steps to follow:

 Cut all the veggies and keep it aside.
 Heat oil in a pressure pan add chopped onion and saute well.Add ginger garlic paste and stir it till the raw smell goes.
 Then add chopped tomatoes,tomatoes, chillies.
 Saute again .Add  little salt and close for a minute.
See the tomatoes cooked nicely.Add all the masalas.
 Mix well.
 Add chopped carrot.
 Mix and add half cup of water.
 Adjust salt.
 Close and keep it for two whistle.
 Open and mix and transfer to a bowl.

Delicious carrot masala is ready. You can serve this masala with chappathi, naan, parotta, idiyappam, puttu ,idli,  dosa and plain rice. It tastes like mutton keema. With this adding peas or potato is optional.
