Mushroom Capsicum Sabji

Ingredients:
sliced button mushroom  or canned  mushroom - 200 gm
sliced green capsicum - 1
sliced large onion - 1
pureed large tomato - 1
ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
chopped green chilli - 1 tsp
red chilli powder - half
coriander powder  - 1 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
fennel powder - 1/2 tsp
garam masala - 1/4 tsp
oil - 2 tbsp
salt - to taste.

Steps to follow:
Cut the veggies and keep ready.
Heat oil in a pan add sliced onion and green chilli, add salt and saute well.
Add gg paste and saute again till the raw smell goes.

Add all the masalas and stir quickly.
Then add the tomato puree. Cook in a slow flame.

Add sliced capsicum.Mix well. Let it cook for few minutes.
Then add sliced mushrooms and mix well and cook for few minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with naan, parota,chappathi  or rice varieties.If you have fresh cream add 1-2 tbsp and enjoy !
