Chilli Garlic Chicken ( Indo - Chinese)

boneless chicken pieces - 500 gm
green chilli - 6
garlic cloves -  6
salt - to taste
oil - 2 +1 tbsp
ajinomotto - big pinch
light soya sauce - 2 tsp
corn flour - 4 tsp (in one cup water)

Steps to follow:-
Rinse the chicken pieces and drain it thoroughly and transfer to a bowl.
Grind chillies and garlic with salt.Add the ground paste to the chicken ,add 1 tbsp
 oil and mix well and keep aside.
Keep this marinate in fridge for at least 3-4 hours.

Heat oil in a pan add marinated chicken and cook in low fire till soft.
Add ajinomotto and soya sauce, mix well.
Then add cornflour solution.
Let it boil in very low flame till the oil oozes out.
Transfer to a bowl serve with naan, fried rice or pulav or briyani.
