Left over parota sandwich ( restaurant style)


This is a most popular bachelor's favourite breakfast in gulf countries. Just make and enjoy the delicious sandwich with left over parotas.
Ingredients:
left over parota - 1
egg - 1
chopped onion - 1
chopped green chilli small- 1
chopped tomato - 1 tbsp
chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
oil - 2 tsp
salt & pepper to taste.
Steps to follow:
In a bowl add egg, chopped onion,tomato,chilli,coriander leaves, freshly ground pepper and salt to taste. Mix well.
Heat tawa warm the left over parota and keep aside. In the same tawa heat oil and pour the egg mix. Cook both sides and transfer the egg omlette and roll it with parota and wrap the parota with sandwich paper and serve immediately.
Yummy parota egg sandwich is ready to serve. Enjoy ! This is my most favourite one.
