Green fish fry / கிரீன் ஃபிஷ் ஃப்ரை

mackerel fish  or pomfret (medium size) - 6
oil - 3 tbsp ( shallow fry)

to marinate fish :
grind masala:
green chilli - 3 
pepper powder -1 tsp
cumin powder - 1 tsp
garlic cloves - 3 - 5
coriander & mint leaves - a handful
grated coconut - a handful
lemon juice from medium size lemon
salt - to taste

Steps to follow:
Grind the masala with given ingredients under marination  part and keep aside.

Clean and wash the fish and drain it.

Marinate the fish with ground masala for at least 2 hours in the fridge.

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and curry leaves  add the fish  in medium flame. Cook till soft and dry.

Enjoy the delicious green fish.

Serve hot with roti or rice.
