Goat / Lamb/ Mutton liver koottu / மட்டன் ஈரல் கூட்டு

Mutton Liver dish is very popular and comforting dish  in South India. If you prefer you can cook chicken lever or  beef liver  using this same masala. Very healthy and rich in iron.



Ingredients:
lamb liver mix - 300 gm
oil - 1-2 tbsp
to paste :
chopped onion - 1
chopped tomato small - 1
pepper powder - 1 tsp
cumin powder - half tsp
curry masala powder - 1 tsp
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
coriander leaves - few
salt - to taste.


Steps to follow:
Wash thoroughly and drain the liver pieces.

 Heat oil in a pressure pan add blended masala and lamb lever mix well.
 Pressure cook for 3 whistles.
 After pressure leased open and serve.
Delicious lamb liver koottu is ready to serve. Enjoy with plain rice, briyani or any variety rice.
