left over bread slice edges- 6
left over noodles masala (curry or any flavor) - quarter tsp or more to taste
chopped carrot & cabbage - half cup
chopped onion - 1
chopped green chilli - 1
oil - 2 tsp
salt - pinch to taste(optional)
chopped coriander & roasted peanuts - each 1 tbsp to garnish.
Serves - 1
Steps to follow:
Take the left over bread edges and cut into small pieces.
Sprinkle some left over noodles masala(curry or any flavor) and add cut bread edges.
Saute well and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and roasted peanuts.
