Tawa Kulcha & Stuffed Kulcha with left over subji.

Kulcha is an Indian flat bread, famous in Punjab. So friends, try this and enjoy your home style kulcha. And also if you have any left over shabji, use for stuffing and make the awesome stuffed kulcha.

all purpose flour - 2 cup
baking soda - quarter tsp
baking powder - quarter tsp
sugar - 1 tsp
fresh curd - half cup
milk - little if need.
salt - to taste.

Steps to follow:
In  a bowl add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and mix well,then make a well in a centre add sugar, curd and mix with flour, to make a soft dough add little milk and apply add 2 tsp oil and set aside for at least 2 hours.
Divide the dough into equal sized balls  and dip it in flour. Roll each ball into desired shaped  kulcha.
Heat tawa and cook the kulcha till done. Finally apply butter or ghee.Serve hot hot kulcha with any of your favourite subji.

For stuffed kulcha:
left over sabji - 1 cup
for 4 medium size kulcha
Flat the balls into small round shape and in the centre add 2 tbsp of sabji and make into again ball shape and roll into round shape stuffed kulcha.
Heat tawa and cook both sides in low flame, apply ghee or oil and serve with chutney or any sauce.
Her I used cabbage sabji:
chopped cabbage - one cup
mashed cooked potato - one
oil - 2 tsp
chopped onion - 1
chopped chilli- 2
turmeric powder - 2 pinch
asafoetida -  a big pinch
chopped coriander leaves - to garnish
salt to taste.
Heat oil in a pan, saute chopped chillies & onion, add turmeric powder & asafoetida, then add cabbage saute for a minute and add mashed potato and salt to taste.Mix well and garnish with chopped coriander. That's all enjoy the cabbage sabji.
Serve stuffed kulcha with any left over salna.
