Garlic Chilli Paratha

Whole wheat flour or maida combines with garlic,chillies,mint and coriander leaves, easy to make healthy and tasty.
flour /maida - 1 cup
 garlic - 3-5 cloves
finely chopped greem chilli - 2
few mint leaves - chopped
few coriander leaves - chopped
chat masala - 1/2 tsp (optional)
ghee - 2+2  tsp
salt - to taste.
 Serves - 2
Steps to follow:
 Microwave the garlic cloves for 15 seconds and mince and keep it. Chop the green chillies, mint and coriander leaves.
 In a bowl take  minced garlic, chopped chilli,mint and coriander leaves.Add flour 2 tsp ghee,chaat masala and mix with hands. Slowly add water whenever required and knead to soft dough.Keep it aside for half an hour.

Divide the dough into four equal sized balls.
Take all dough balls and roll it in dry flour.Roll the dough balls into round shape parathas.
Heat tawa and cook the parathas both sides nicely apply ghee finally and serve.
Soft and yummy garlic chilli paratha is ready.
Serve with pickle or chutney.
