boneless chicken - 3oo gm
oil - 2 tbsp
salt - to taste
few curry leaves and chopped coriander leaves to garnish.
fresh red chilli - 3-4
garlic - 6 cloves
thick curd - 1 tbsp
tomato - 1
onion - 1
red food colour - pinch (optional)
Serves - 3
Steps to follow:
Rinse the chicken pieces thoroughly and drain and keep aside.
In a bowl combine chicken with ground paste, pinch red colour( optional) and salt to taste.
