ragi semiya - 100gm
grated carrot - 100 gm
chopped onion - 1
splitted green chillies - 3
oil - 1tbsp
mustard seeds - half tsp
urad dal - one tsp
grated coconut - 1-2 tbsp (optional)
salt - to taste.
fresh curry leaves & chopped coriander - few.
Serves - 2
Steps to follow:
Soak ragi semiya in one litre hot water for 2 minutes. Add salt to taste.Immediately drain it.
Place the ragi semiya and grated carrot in an idli platter and steam cook for 3 -5 minutes.
