Basumati rice - 2 cup
Vegetables - 1 carrot, 1 potato and quarter cup green peas,( cauliflower, beans also you can add)
Oil - 100 ml or less
coconut milk - 1 cup ( optional) & 3 cup water
lime juice - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
chopped coriander & mint leaves - few.
roughly chopped big onion 1
chopped ginger & Garlic -each 1 tbsp
chilli powder, cumin powder,coriander powder, fennel powder,garam masala - each half tsp
turmeric powder - quarter tsp.
Steps to follow:
Rinse and soak the rice for half an hour.
Vegan vegetable briyani is ready to serve.Serve with mint thuvaiyal and potato chips.
