Healthy Mixed vegetable soup



This soup really fills the tummy and sauteing ginger,garlic and onion in olive oil gives the nice flavour.
Ingredients:
chopped carrot  - half cup
chopped cabbage - half cup
chopped mushroom - half cup
chopped capsicum - half cup
chopped onion - 2 tbsp
chopped ginger garlic - each 1 tsp
knorr soup cube -  2
olive oil - 2 tsp
hot sauce - 2 tsp
soy sauce - 1 tsp
white vinegar - 1 tsp
tomato sauce - 1 tsp
freshly ground pepper- to taste
corn flour - 2  tbsp (mix in little water)
water - 1000 ml
salt - to taste.

Serves - 4

Steps to follow:



In a vessel add oil, add chopped onion and ginger garlic, saute well. Then add all veggies.


Add water and soup cubes, Just to bring boil for five - 7 minutes.



Then add soy sauce, hot sauce,tomato sauce,vinegar (optional) and corn floor mixed in water,boil for 3 minutes in a medium flame.

Check the salt to taste.

Sprinkle freshly ground  pepper .

Pour the soup into the bowl and serve  hot immediately. Accompany the soup with some toasted bread.
