chicken pieces - 4 kg ( 40 - 50 pieces)
chicken 65 masala - 50 gm or 4 tbsp(maximum)
ginger garlic paste -2- 3 tbsp
lemon juice - 2 big or 4 tbsp
corn flour - 3 tbsp
egg - 2
orange food colour - 4 pinch (optional)
salt - to taste
oil to fry- 600 ml
Serves - 20 -25 (depending upon your guests)
Steps to follow:
Clean and rinse the chicken pieces 3 times and drain the water, And again rinse with water and 1 tbsp turmeric powder.let it stand for few minutes.drain completely.Leave it drain for at least 45 minutes - 60 minutes.
Keep the fried chicken pieces in the hot pot covered by aluminium foil. You can serve this fry as starter or side dish.
