big onion - 1
dry red chilli - 1
tamarind - little (to taste)
salt - to taste.
Steps to follow:
In a mixie jar add onion, dry chilli, tamarind and salt to taste.Grind it nicely.
While serving add a spoon of gingelly oil,mix and serve.This is optional.The variation shown here is using raw onions.
