Easy Tahini Sauce / Tahini Dip

tahini paste - 2 tbsp ( til / white sesame seed paste )
( if tahini paste is not available, just roast the sesame seeds for few seconds, allow to cool and blend it.)
thick fresh yogurt / curd - 4 tbsp or more
chopped garlic clove - 1 or 2
olive oil - 1 tbsp (optional)
lemon juice - 2 tsp (optional)
salt - little to taste.
Steps to follow:
 Here I added ready made  tahini paste, thick curd, chopped garlic and a big pinch of salt and paste it.
 Adding olive oil and lime juice is optional. Here not added.
 Now the yummy tahini dip is ready to serve.
 Serve with falafil, khubus(pita bread) and veg pickles or serve with toasted brown bread, tomato slice and chopped lettuce or anything you like.

Wow, tahini paste looks really gorgeous. I was puzzled about them few years back when I had an shawarma. Ur recipe makes them easier to do, thanks for sharing
