Coconut milk chicken curry

To marinate chicken
Chicken pieces - 500 gm
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
curd - 1 tbsp
chilli powder - half tsp
salt - to taste.
other ingredients needed:
onion sliced - 2
tomato sliced - 2
green chilli - 2
garam masala - quarter or half tsp
chilli powder -  1 tsp
cumin powder - half tsp
thick coconut milk - 1 cup + half tsp rice flour (mix it)
oil - 2 tbsp
chopped coriander &  mint leaves - few.
salt - to taste.

Serves - 5-6

Steps to follow:
Clean and rinse chicken thoroughly and drain it.
Marinate the chicken with the above said ingredients.
 In a pressure cooker or a vessel heat oil,add sliced onion saute well.add gg paste and garam masala again saute  in  a low flame.
Add chopped tomatoes, green chillies and chopped coriander and mint leaves.stir well. Add salt and simmer the stove until tomatoes cooked soft.Then add chilli powder and cumin powder.
 Mix well.
 Add the marinated chicken.Again mix well.
Add one cup water. Close with lid and cook for 2 whistles.

 Open the cooker after pressure released.
 Add coconut milk.
 Let it boil in  a low flame for few minutes.
 Switch off the stove.

 Serve hot this delicious coconut milk chicken curry with ghee rice ,thalcha and raitha.
