Sweetcorn Chicken Franks Salad & Chicken Grill

Sweetcorn Chicken Franks Salad:
frozen sweetcorn defrost and cooked - 1 cup
sliced chicken franks cooked- 4 nos
sliced medium sized cucumber - 1
sliced medium sized carrot - 1
sliced green capsicum - half cup
chopped lettuce - 1 cup
lime juice - 2 tbsp
olive oil - 1 tbsp
salt & pepper - to taste.

Serves - 3-4
Steps to follow:
In a bowl add oil,lime juice,salt and pepper to taste.Mix well and keep aside.
And the marinade to the cooked sweet corn & chicken franks slices,carrot,cucumber,capsicum and lettuce.Mix well.
Transfer to the serving plate and enjoy!

Chicken Grill :
chicken pieces - 1 kg
chilli powder - 1 and half tsp
thick curd - 1 tbsp
ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp
kasoori methi - 1 tbsp
lime juice from one small lime
olive oil - 1 tbsp
red food colour - pinch(optional)
salt - to taste.
Steps to follow:
Rinse the chicken pieces thoroughly and drain it completely.
In a bowl add chilli powder,gg paste,curd,kasoorimethi ,lime juice,olive oil,red food colour and salt to taste.Mix well.
Marinate the chicken and keep it in the fridge for 4 hours.
Then grill it in the electric oven or gas oven (cooking range) at medium temperature for half an hour, then turn the pieces and cook for another 20- 30 minutes or till done.
Transfer the grilled chicken to the serving dish and rub some butter over it and serve.
