Prawn Barbecue

 This is a very attractive dish and an excellent starter.Soft prawns,crunchy vegetables combine to produce this dish a rich in flavour and texture.

prawns - 1 kg (peeled,leave the tail, deveined, rinsed and drained)
capsicum- 2
onion - 2
tomato - 2
for marination :
barbecue masala - 1 tbsp
(if barbecue masala is not available you can add your own masala)
olive oil - 1-2  tbsp
lime - 1 big size
salt - to taste.

Steps to follow:

Mix together the barbecue masala,olive oil,salt and lime juice.Pour the mixture over the prawns leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cut the capsicum,onion and tomatoes into large squares.

Fire the barbecue stove.
Arrange the capsicum, onion,tomato alternatively with the prawns on the skewers.Brush the arranged skewer with any remaining marinade.
Keep the prawns veggies arranged skewers on the grill plate and put it on the  barbecue stove.
Cook both sides. Turning occasionally until the prawn is cooked right.
Now the healthy barbecued prawn with vegetables is ready to serve.
Serve immediately.
