prawns - 1 kg (peeled,leave the tail, deveined, rinsed and drained)
onion - 2
tomato - 2
for marination :
barbecue masala - 1 tbsp
(if barbecue masala is not available you can add your own masala)
olive oil - 1-2 tbsp
lime - 1 big size
salt - to taste.
Steps to follow:
Cut the capsicum,onion and tomatoes into large squares.
Arrange the capsicum, onion,tomato alternatively with the prawns on the skewers.Brush the arranged skewer with any remaining marinade.
Keep the prawns veggies arranged skewers on the grill plate and put it on the barbecue stove.
