Pan fried Beef Steaks

thin beef steaks - 300 gm (5 pieces)
garlic powder - 1 tsp
onion powder - 1 tsp
pepper powder - 1 tsp
soy sauce - 2 tsp
meat tenderiser - quarter tsp
lime juice - 1 tbsp
sliced capsicum and onion - each one medium size
oil - 2 tbsp
salt - little to taste.
Steps to follow:
 Rinse thoroughly and pat dry the beef steaks.In a tray take beef steaks, mix garlic,onion pepper powders,soysauce,lime juice,meat tenderiser & oil 1 tbsp and salt to taste.
 Mix and keep aside.
 Marinate for at least 4 hrs in fridge.
 Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan transfer the marinated beef to the pan.stir fry for 10 minutes in a medium flame.

 Then add onion and capsicum slices and again stir for 5 - 10 minutes.Switch off.

 Now the yummy beef steak is ready to serve.
 My son wants to taste this beef steaks, so I made it. those who like beef can try this recipe.
