boneless mutton / beef pieces - 400 gm
chilli powder - 1 tsp
chopped ginger - 2 -3 tbsp
chopped curry leaves - 2-3 tbsp
mustard seeds - 1 tsp
oil - 2 tbsp
salt - to taste.
Rinse thoroughly and drain the mutton beef/ pieces and keep aside.
I was grown up with my brother's family, my sister in law is my inspiration and she taught me cooking. She is almost like a mother to me.Till now she is fulfilling my mother's place.
