penne pasta - 200 gm
bechamel ready rmix - 75 gm + 500 ml milk.
shredded mozzarella cheese.- 100 gm or more to taste
chopped capsicum - 1
chopped onion - 1
chopped mushroom- 100 gm
chilli garlic sauce - 2 tsp
oil - 1 tbsp
salt and pepper to taste
Serves - 3 - 4
Steps to follow:
In a vessel add enough water, allow it to boil, then add pasta, salt and 1 tsp oil, cook for 8 -10 minutes,Drain and keep aside.
In a sauce pan add milk and bechamel mix, mix well with out lumps,Switch on the stove slowly mix until the sauce thickens to the required consistency.Add pepper powder to taste and keep aside.
20 minutes.Turn off .Let it stand for 5-10 minutes.
Carefully taken out from the oven.
This is one of my children most favourite recipe. I used to make the baked pasta regularly with little changes.This is made according to my son's taste.It came out very well.
