In a pressure cook heat ghee & butter add chopped onion, fry till onion turns translucent  then add ginger garlic paste and again stir well for a minute in medium flame.
Add chopped tomatoes, cook till tomatoes are soft.Add all dry masalas, mix and sprinkle little water  and fry for one more minute.
Add vegetables and potatoes mix well and add salt to taste and cook for 2 whistle.Let the cooker cool down.
Open and mash the veggies and add cooked peas.Mix well. Check the salt to taste and add water if needed.
Boil the gravy altogether, it should not be thick or too watery.
Cut the bav buns horizontally and fry them in a tawa with  ghee or butter.
