To prepare vadai mix:
Needed Ingredients:

Steps to follow:
Powder the roasted bengal gram in a mini jar and transfer to a mixing plate.
Mince the cooked chicken pieces in a blender and transfer to the same plate.Cooked chicken should be dry while mincing.
Then with the same jar coarsely blend the onion, green chilli  and coriander mint leaves.
Transfer the paste to the same mixing plate, add all the masalas ,egg and salt to taste.
 Mix well altogether.
In a dosa pan or any other shallow fry pan heat  3 tbsp oil.
Divide the vada mix into small equal  lemon size balls.

Press each balls slightly  to flatten it and fry the vadai both sides until cooked golden brown and crisp.

Drain the vadais and serve hot.
Tasty healthy chicken vadai is ready to serve with tomato  ketchup. Enjoy!
I used to make chicken vadais in different styles. This version is really a healthy one.
