to marinate chicken:
boneless chopped chicken - 100 -150 gms
ginger garlic paste - half tsp
chilli powder - quarter tsp
salt to taste.
Marinate the chicken with above ingredients and cook, keep aside.
oil to fry - 3 tbsp
To prepare vadai mix:
cooked minced chicken
roasted bengal gram (pottukadalai)- 2 tbsp
egg - 1
green chilli 2 +medium size onion - 1 + few coriander and mint leaves ( coarsely blend this)
pepper,cumin,fennel,garam masala,turmeric powder - each quarter tsp
salt - to taste.
Serves - 2.
Steps to follow:
Powder the roasted bengal gram in a mini jar and transfer to a mixing plate.
I used to make chicken vadais in different styles. This version is really a healthy one.
