I tried and tasted this delicious recipe. Awesome ! Its go well with steamed rice and rotis.
Now  the recipe Kofta in Spinach gravy  follows:
spinach - 1 big  bunch
Rinse Spinach and drain  the water.Boil spinach in a vessel with little water, cool and  and puree of it. Keep it aside.

For gravy:
chopped onion - 1
chopped tomato - 1
chopped green chilli - 2
ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
garam masala - 1tsp
amchur powder - 1 tsp
ghee or oil - 1 tbsp
salt - to taste.

In another vessel heat oil or ghee, add gg paste, stir well, add chopped onion, saute well till raw smell goes.,add tomatoes and chillies ,stir well add little water for tomatoes to cook.Bring to boil add garam masala, amchur powder and mix well. .Switch off and leave it to cool.Put this mixer in a blender and make puree of it. Mix this with spinach puree and keep aside.Check the salt to taste.

For koftas:
4-5 potatoes - boiled and peeled
half cup bread crumbs
amchur powder, coriander powder, cumin powder - each half tsp
garam masala,chilli powder - each 1 tsp
chopped coriander leaves - quarter cup
In addition I add 1 tbsp maida for nice binding.
oil - to fry
salt - to taste.

Mash potatoes and add all the above ingredients except oil.Mix and make small lemon sized koftas and keep aside.Heat oil ,fry the koftas , drain and keep it in the paper towel to remove the excess oil.
Before serving heat spinach gravy. On a bowl or plate transfer spinach gravy first and next put the koftas and serve. If you add koftas before they would break. While serving you can add a spoon of butter,it is optional.Adjust  the spices according to your taste.
