Lady's Finger - 250 gm
chopped big onion or shallots 10 - 1
chopped tomato - 1
chopped garlic - 1 tbsp
green chilli & dried red chilli - each 3
oil - 1-2 tbsp
mustard seed & urad dal -each half tsp
channa dal - 1 tsp
fenugreek - 1/4 tsp
curry leaves and coriander leaves - few
tamarind - small lemon size
thick coconut milk - quarter cup
rice rinsed water - 1 - 1. 1/2 cup
salt - to taste.
Serves - 3-4.
Steps to follow:
Rinse, pat dry and cut the bhendi into 1-2 inch size pieces.
