Apple Raitha and Cucumber Raitha

 Apple Raitha:
1 apple
thick yogurt - 3 tbsp
sugar - 1 tsp
serves - 1-2
Steps to follow:
Beat yogurt to raitha consistency,not too watery.
  Cut apple  and grate it and mix with yogurt and sugar  immediately.

Quick easy healthy raitha in few minutes is ready to serve.Heavenly Delicious .

Cucumber Raitha:
one medium size cucumber
thick yogurt - 3 tbsp
chilli powder and roasted cumin powder - each a pinch
sugar - pinch
salt - to taste.
Steps to follow:
 Mix yogurt with salt to taste and pinch sugar.

 Peel and grate the cucumber.
 Add grated cucumber with yogurt. Mix well.
 Finally sprinkle cumin and chilli powder and serve chilled.

This raithas  are go well with pulaos ,briyanis etc..But today I enjoyed this raithas as my breakfast..
Combination of this two raithas is used to lose weight also.If you use low fat yogurt then the calorie value is only 90. Enjoy friends in this summer,Serve this raithas to refresh your family members.
