This delicious beautiful light carrot halwa is the perfect end to a special meal.It can be served either hot or cold.
carrot - half kg
ghee - 3-4 tbsp
milk - half cup
sugar - half cup
poppy seeds - 1-2 tbsp ( optional)
chopped almonds - few
saffron strands - a big pinch
cardamom powder - half - 1tsp
Steps to follow:
Wash, remove the skin and grate the carrots and keep aside.
and roasted poppy seeds( optional).Carrota after cooking reduce a lot so adjust the quantity accordingly.
Yummy carrot halwa is ready to serve.
