chicken quarters - 4
fresh thick natural yogurt - 4 tbsp
Tandoori Masala - 4 tsp
chicken soup cube -1
dry kasoori methi - 1 tbsp
oil - 1tbsp
lemon juice - 1 tbsp
red food colour - pinch.(optional)
salt - to taste
ginger & garlic pulp - each 1 tsp
garam masala - 1 tsp
chilli powder - 1 and 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder - quarter tsp
coriander powder - 1tsp)
mixed salad leaves and lime to garnish.
Steps to follow:
Rinse and drain the chicken quarters with or without skin.
Grill the chicken for 30-40 minutes or until the chicken quarters cooked right and browned evenly on top.
