This mutton tikka is extremely easy to make.Light and tasty, it makes a wonderful starter.
Fresh mutton pieces - 300 -400 gm ( 12 small pieces 1 inch thickness)
onion chunks - 1 medium size onion
capsicum chunks - 1 medium size capsicum
to marinate mutton pieces:
olive oil - 1 tbsp
lime juice - 1 tbsp
pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
paprika powder - 1/2 tsp
cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
freshly crushed garlic- 1 tsp
fresh onion paste - 1tbsp
salt - to taste.
Serves - 2
Wash the mutton pieces and drain it thoroughly.In a a bowl blend together the salt, lime juice,olive oil,pepper,cumin,paprika powders and freshly crushed onion and garlic .Then add the mutton chunks to marinate for at least 3-4 hours.
Arrange the mutton,capsicum,onion chunks alternately on three skewers.
plain pulav rice.
