Mixed Veg Salad & Sandwich

Mixed Veg Salad 
2-3  lettuce leaves
1 small carrot
1 small cucumber
1 small onion
1 cherry tomato
sliced black &green olives - each 1 tbsp
Any ready made  salad dressing - Italian or French or Thousand Island - 2-3 tbsp or to taste.

Steps to follow:
Wash and slice the vegetables.
Place the sliced vegetables in the salad bowl. Add any ready made dressing to it. Mix well.Serve immediately. I used french dressing here or or you can simply mix 1 tbsp  tomato sauce and 1 tbsp mayonnaise with salad, mix and serve.
for sandwich:
salad - 4 tbsp
sandwich bread slices - 4


 Spread the salad on one  bread slice. Close with another slice.

 Toast the bread slices.
 Serve immediately. Yummy healthy Sandwich is ready to eat.
Almost all day morning I am making sandwich either with egg or meat or fish or with plain vegetables. We love sandwiches..
