Hotel Garam Masala Powder - Home Made Spices


Ingredients:
Cardamom - 10 gm
Cinnamon - 10 gm
Cloves - 10 gm
black pepper - 1 tsp
cumin - 1 tsp
fennel - 1 tsp
fenugreek - half tsp

 Lightly roast all the ingredients and grind to a fine powder.Store it in an air tight jar.Best before 6 months.We can use this Garam Masala commonly  for all veg & non veg dishes.
