Spicy Fish Fillets

 Fish and seafood are naturally delicious.This dish is perfect for parties and it can be served with accompaniments as a main course or as a small quantities as a starter.

Ingredients:
Fresh Nile perch or Hamour fish fillet - 4 pieces (approx- 300 gm)
oil - to shallow fry..

For marination:
tamarind water - 2 tsp
kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tsp
black pepper & cumin powder - each half tsp
turmeric powder - quarter tsp
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
oil - 1 tsp
salt - 1tsp

For coating mix:
maida - 2 tbsp
cornflour - 1 tbsp
bread crumbs - 1tbsp
mix well altogether.

Serves - 2

Steps to follow:
Wash and drain the fish pieces thoroughly.
 In a bowl add tamarind water,chilli powder,turmeric powder,pepper& cumin powder,gg paste,oil,salt and mix well.
 Apply the marination to the fish fillets.
 Keep aside for at least 1 hour.
 In a bowl or plate mix the coating mix well.
 Dip the marinated fish fillets in the coating mix.
 Heat oil in a shallow fry pan, fry the fish fillets both sides until golden brown.
 Serve hot with onion rings and lime wedges.
