boneless lamb - 100-150 gm
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
chilli powder &turmeric powder -each quarter tsp
medium size potato - 1
chopped coriander & mint leaves each 1 tbsp
chopped onion - 2 tbsp
chopped green chilli - 1-2
fennel powder - half tsp
garam masala - quarter tsp
egg - 1
bread crumbs - one cup
oil - to fry
salt - to taste.
Serves - 2-3.
Steps to follow:
Pressure cook the lamb pieces along with ginger garlic paste,chilli,turmeric powder and salt.Then mince the lamb pieces and keep aside.
Boil and peel the potatoes and mash well, keep aside.
In a bowl add minced meat, mashed potato chopped onion,chopped coriander& mint leaves,chopped chilli, fennel and garam masala and salt to taste.
You can make the meat balls a day in advance .Cover and store in the refrigerator until needed.
