fresh cooked rice orleft over cooked rice or briyani rice - 2 cups
fresh minced chicken or left over cooked chicken (minced ) - 1 cup
( if you want to cook fresh minced chicken and use ,while cooking add half tsp ginger garlic paste,quarter tsp turmeric and chilli powder,salt)
chopped onion - 1
green chilli - 1-2
chopped coriander - 2tbsp
pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
salt - to taste
oil for frying.
3 tbsp or more maida for dipping.
Steps to follow:
If rice is ready, this is easy to make with in half an hour.
If left over briyani chicken or gravy chicken is not there cook chciken freshly. (Mix the chicken with half tsp ginger garlic paste, quarter tsp chilli powder,quarter tsp turmeric powder and salt to taste.Cook the minced chicken without water and keep aside.) Here I used left over briyani chicken.
