Olives Labneh Sandwich

 Kubus  or Arabic Bread (Pita Bread)  is served in the middle east for almost every meal. It is readily available in all the stores. I always make this healthy quick olives labneh sandwich.


Ingredients:
kubus - 1
or bread slices 2

for olives labneh spread :
labneh (cream cheese) - 2 tbsp
garlic clove - 1
chilli flakes - 2 pinch
chopped salted olives - 4
salt - little to taste ( optional)

Serves - 1
If everything available, duration to make this sandwich is only 10 minutes.


In a bowl, add  labneh , finely chopped olives, chilli flakes and  finely chopped garlic clove( microwave the garlic clove for only 10 second  and chop), then   mix altogether.


Now Delicious Olives Labneh Spread is ready.

  Cut the kubus into four pieces.
 Spread olives labneh spread on each piece like this.
 Spread all the pieces and fold like this and serve with black tea ( Sulaimani) (Warm this pieces for 10 second in microwave  and serve)

Delicious Healthy Olives Labneh Sandwich is ready.
Instead of kubus you  can use bread slices also for this sandwich.
