Mushroom Parota Sandwich / Sauteed Lemon Mushroom

For Parota:
flour no -1(maida) - 1 cup
sugar - quarter tsp
salt - quarter tsp
oil - few spoons
water as needed.
 In a bowl add needed water,flour,sugar, salt and 2 tsp oil. Mix and knead the dough well and cover the bowl and keep aside for 10 minutes.
 Divide into small orange like 3 balls. Spread  and apply little oil and fold like this.
Make each parota  round shaped.
 Heat tava, place the parota, apply little oil , cook both sides and keep aside.

For Sauteed lemon mushroom:
mushroon - 2 (big size)
chopped garlic clove - 1
chopped onion - 1 tbsp
chilli flakes - 2 pinch
lemon juice - half tsp
fresh cream - 1 tbsp
chopped coriander leaves - little
oil  or butter - 2 tsp
salt - to taste.

Heat oil or butter, saute the chopped onion,and garlic.Add chopped chopped mushroom,Sprinkle little salt to taste, stir and cook well.
 Add chilli flakes and lemon juice, stir well.Add 1 tbsp fresh cream.
 Mix well and add chopped coriander.Transfer to a bowl, now Sauteed lemon mushroom is ready.
To make sandwich:
parota- 1
sauteed mushroom - 2tbsp

Serve - 1 
Duration - 30 minutes.
 Spread the mushroom on the paroto.

  Fold both side like this.
 Then again fold it.

 Cut into two pieces and serve.
Now the Delicious Parota Sandwich is ready.
