Boneless Tender chicken - 600gm
Chicken Tikka BBQ Mix- 3 tsp
(Shan or any brand)
Dried kasoori methi - 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Fresh thick yogurt - 2 tbsp
Lime juice - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Butter - 10 gm cube (to apply finally)
Steps to follow:
Cut the chicken pieces into 2 inch cube size.Wash and drain it.
Mix all the ingredients except butter.Apply evenly on the chicken pieces .Marinate for 1-2 hours.
Preheat the oven. Put each chicken pieces on the skewer and place it in the grill plate on medium heat.Grill evenly on each side until very light brown.
Apply butter on the grilled chicken tikka and serve hot.
Soak the wooden skewers in cold water before using to prevent them from burning while under the grill.
Serving Suggestion : Garnish with Onion slices and lime wedges or Serve simply with cool cucumber raita and flavoured rice.
