Bulgar Bell Pepper Upma

bulgar (broken wheat)- 100 gm
oil - 2 tbsp
mustard & urad dal - each half tsp
chopped ginger & garlic - each 1 tsp
chopped onion, tomato & green capsicum - each 2 tbsp
grated coconut - 2 tbsp
chicken or veg soup cube - 1
water - 2 cups.

Serves- 2
Duration - 20- 25 minutes.

Steps to Follow:

 Dry roast the bulgar for 5 minutes in a medium  flame and keep aside.
 In a same pan heat oil, add mustard seeds and urad dal,let mustard splutter and urad dal turn golden brown,add curry leaves and add chopped ginger and garlic.Stir well.
 Then add chopped onion, bellpepper and tomatoes. and saute for two minutes.Add crushed soup cube mix well. Salt is in soup cube.No need to add salt.
 Add two cups of water.let it boil.
 Then add roasted bulgar.Stir well.
 Simmer the stove and cook for 7-10 minutes.
Add grated coconut.Mix well.

 Serve hot. Tasty healthy bulgar bell pepper upma is ready.
