Grilled Green Chicken

first marination:
chicken pieces - 2 kg
ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
garam masala - 1 tsp
kasoori methi powder - 2 tbsp
lime juice - 4 tbsp
salt - to taste
second marination :
to paste:
chopped coriander leaves - 4 tbsp
chopped mint leaves - 4 tbsp
green chillies - 6-8
fresh thick  yogurt - 2 tbsp
fresh cream - 2 tbsp (optional)
salt - to taste
oil - 2 tbsp

Serves - 12

Steps to follow:
 In a blender add chopped coriander, mint leaves,green chillies,yogurt,fresh cream and little salt. Paste it and keep aside.
 Wash thoroughly and drain the chicken pieces. In a mixing bowl add chicken pieces,gg paste, garam masala ,kasoori methi, lime juice and salt to taste.

 Mix well and keep aside for half an hour.

 Then add the green paste to the marinated chicken and oil,  mix well, leave in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Arrange the chicken pieces in the grill plate, Preheat electric oven or gas oven at 200 degree.
Grill the chicken pieces one side for 20 minutes and turn again grill  until it is cooked.

 Carefully take the grilled chicken from the oven and transfer to the hot pack and cover with aluminium foil.
Now  Grilled Green Chicken is ready to serve.Serve hot with garlic sauce.
It will be more  attractive when it served in the Christmas parties.
