Squid Roast

Squid - half kg
turmeric powder - half tsp
chopped onion - 100 gm
chopped tomato - 50 gm
green chilli - 1
ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
Chilli powder  - half tsp
pepper powder - 1 tsp
cumin powder - half tsp
fennel powder - half tsp
coriander powder - 1 tsp
coriander,curry leaves - few.
oil - 2 tbsp
salt - to taste
Clean ,wash thoroughly and mix with turmeric powder and again rinse and drain it.

In a pressure cooker heat oil, add chopped onion,stir well add gg paste, stir again then add chopped tomato,coriander and chilli. Add little salt,mix well, then add all masala powder.
Then add squid pieces.
Mix and close the cooker and leave it to 2 whistles.
Then transfer the cooked squid masala to the pan, add curry leaves and roast it nicely.
Now Squid Roast is ready to serve. Serve hot with  plain rice..

Anbulla Asiya akka,
Thank u soo much for this dish.I tried today,it came out wonderful.
As I took from fridge some time before,it took more than four whistles to get cooked and watery.This is my first time for squids akka so,i don't know how to do last I really loved ur receipe.waw waw superbbbbbb.
