fried noodles - 2 pack( 160 gm)
red, yellow, green capsicum - each half
button mushroom - 3
cabbage - half cup
onion - 1
oil - 1-2 tbsp
light soya sauce - 2tsp
fresh crushed pepper - half -1 tsp
chopped spring onion - 2 tbsp for garnishing.
salt - to taste.
Serves - 2-3
Steps to follow:
Wash and cut the veggies in same size.
Heat oil in a pan then add sliced onion stir for a minute,then add mushoom and capsicum and again stir well until veggies is cooked.Sprinkle little salt to taste.
Add soy sauce and stir well.
Then add the cooked noodles, mix well and add the freshly ground pepper to taste.
Serve garnish with fresh chopped spring onions.
