dosai batter - 1 cup
for chicken filling:
finely chopped chicken pieces- 100gm
ginger garlic paste - half tsp
chicken 65 powder- 1 tsp
chopped onion - 1
few chunks of capsicum
oil - 4 tsp
salt - to taste.
Serves - 1
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, stir chopped onion and ginger garlic paste.Then add the chopped chicken, stir for a minute.Add chicken 65 masala, capsicum chunks and little salt to taste, Then sprinkle little water and cook well. Now chicken filling is ready.
Heat tawa, spread dosa batter in a round shape, sprinkle a teaspoon of oil and close with lid until the dosa cooked well,then spread with chicken filling preparation.
Fold the dosa, Cut into two pieces and serve hot.Make two dosas like this.
