Dosa and paneer is rather an unusual combination,but Shredded paneer works very well in this recipe.
chopped or shredded paneer - 50 gm
chopped onion - 50 gm
chopped ginger - half tsp
chilli powder - quarter tsp
chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
oil - 3 tsp
salt - to taste
dosa batter - half - one cup
(Serves - 1)
Steps to follow:
Chop the paneer.
In a pan heat 2 tsp oil add chopped onion,ginger and stir for a minute.Then add chopped paneer, chillie powder and little salt to taste and again stir for a minute. Then add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the stove.
Heat tawa and spread a spoonful of dosa batter in a round shape, sprinkle little oil and close with lid until the dosa cooked well, spread it with paneer mix.
