Kids Chicken Veg Noodles Soup




When introducing any new food to your baby, please check with your doctor before giving.This is very healthy and delicious soup.Surely they will particularly enjoy this soup.

Ingredients:

soft tender chopped breast pieces- 50 gm

cooked noodles - half cup

chopped onion,carrot, capsicum, cabbage - each 2 tbsp

chopped garlic - 1 tbsp

home made chicken stock - 2 cup

(or chicken soup cube +2 cup water)

oil- 2 tsp

salt and pepper - to taste.
(Serves- 2)





In a pan heat oil and add chopped garlic and onion and stir well. Then add chicken pieces and stir well.

Then add chopped vegetables and stir for a minute.Add salt to taste.


Add 2 cups of chicken soup stock, cooked noodles and allow it cook for another 5-10 minutes.


Cook until the noodles,veggies,chicken are slightly over done since it is served to a toodler or baby. Sprinkle little freshly ground pepper and serve warm or cool. This is also the great soup dish for the whole family.
