chicken leg pieces- 2 kg ( 24- 26 pieces)
egg - 1
chilli powder - 3-4 tsp
ginger garlic paste - 3 tsp
garam masala - half tsp
lime juice - 2 tbsp
soya sauce - 1 -2 tsp
corn flour - 2 tbsp
bread crumbs - 4 tbsp
ajinomoto - 2 pinch (optional)
red colour - a pinch (optional)
oil - to fry
salt - to taste.
Remove the skin, slit and wash thoroughly.Drain it.
Except oil, mix all ingredients and marinate atleast 1 hour or over night, while frying drain the water left.
Heat oil in a pan, when it is hot deep fry till golden brown and crisp.
Serve with salads,tomato or garlic sauce or with rice and accompaniments for a more substantail meal.
