Healthy Finger Food For Babies

Mini Idlies :

Idli batter - half cup
salt - to taste
ghee - 1 tsp
sugar - 2 tsp

Pour 1-2 cups of water in a idli cooker,grease the mini idli stand with ghee fill it with batter.Steam the idlis for 10 minutes.Remove the stand from the cooker and slightly cool and ease out the mini idlies.
Sprinkle Sugar and Serve to the Baby

Milk Flattened Rice/ Pal Aval

(Samba Aval )flattened rice - 3 tbsp
sugar - 1tbsp
milk - 3 tbsp
Wash the flattened rice with water and drain it.Then add milk and sugar,mix well and serve.

Buttered Baby Carrot :

baby carrots - few
butter - 1 tsp
salt and pepper- to taste.
In a pan heat water, add baby carrots and boil it until soft.Remove and drain it.In a pan melt butter add boiled baby carrots stir for a minute and add little salt and pepper to taste.

Boiled Potato Fingers:
medium size potato -1
salt and pepper - to taste.

Remove the skin and cut the potato into small finger like pieces.Boil the potato,Drain it add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
